GUG HOTEL
Renovation of a hotel in Copanello, a hamlet of Staletti, in the province of Catanzaro. The project goal is the renewal of the overall image of the Hotel, by optimizing the room offer, overcoming architectural barriers and improving the energy efficiency. An elevator with a completely separate structure from that of the building will connect the basement floor to the terrace with five stops. There will be 18 rooms, including 2 for people with disabilities. The basement covered in stoneware with a ventilated wall and the rest of the building covered with a thermal coat will improve savings and living comfort.
