Feasibility study for a pilot project for a bar franchising. In drawing the various project hypotheses, account was taken of the characteristics that a Coffee Shop must have: spaces for services, space for a laboratory, seats of different sizes to allow stops of different quality and a products' sales corner. The idea is to create a welcoming, colourful, absolutely original environment, adaptable to different services, from breakfast to happy hour, with refined but not too elegant design qualities. A contemporary style with an incisive and recognizable character.
